Repair to bathroom vanity sink. Replace pop-up valve. Chris, the technician was very personable and worked very quickly. A+ for Chris. However, Grable‘s warranty is not all that it’s cracked up to be. Told us it was covered by warranty and when the technician got here, apparently it was not. Disappointed.
David saw the problem and took care of it. Also, he answered some general questions I had.
Dave showed up promptly, diagnose the problem, ordered the part and returned before 8 AM the following day to install. Now I can take a hot shower thanks Dave!

First , I had called for a leaking kitchen sink drain and they were able to fit me in the next day. I understand that doesn't happen often, but I am forever grateful!
The plumber that came out was very professional. Although it was just the kitchen sink we asked him to look at, he took the extra time to look at an outside water socket as well as a sink in the master bathroom. I was given an overall cost for him to proceed forward. He had reached out to his supervisor to make sure he didn't miss anything with the kitchen sink as it was a super easy fix. He didn't charge for the bedroom sink as he couldn't repair it - just said the overall fixture needed to be replaced and that should solve the leaking issue.
Since this is our first "home", we would just submit tickets for issues with the rental homes. For the time and effort spent on working on these 3 issues, I feel it's worth the money.
If we have any future issues (as we have only been in this house for 2 weeks!), I plan on calling Grable Plumbing and Air again. The time he spent as well as the knowledge and advice he shared was well worth every penny!

Arrived at scheduled time. Installed natural gas inline hot water heater, no more hot water tank to replace in the future. I will follow up with future maintenance to ensure my system will run smoothly forever. I have been using Grable plumbing since 1987, and have received excellent service for all of my plumbing needs and repairs. Thank you for 39 years of service.
David Scott with Grable plumbing is the BEST! Honest, knowledgeable and reassuring. He is respectful and informative. My first plumbing company was all DOOM, GLOOM AND OUTRAGEOUSLY TRYING TO TAKE ME FOR A PLUMBING NIGHTMARE RIDE….but NOT David— he reassured me that while yes, my home does need some plumbing attention, it’s no where as bad as the first plumber tried to tell me!!! We had our water softener checked out as it wasn’t working properly. Chris was thorough and luckily it was a minor adjustment. Grable plumbing has been our go to company for a variety of issues!
