My six year old water heater began leaking yesterday. I called Grable and they promised to send a repair person today. Chris showed up right on time. Within four hours he had installed a brand new water heater and my problem was solved. He was very professional and went above and beyond in making sure every fixture around the house was working.

[Chris from Grable Plumbing & Air] could have easily said that he will get started on servicing the unit but he was extremely honest. They should rename the business “Grable Plumbing → The Honest Company.” I believe most people would not believe the honesty unless it happened to them. As far as I am concerned, they are the most honest company that I have ever dealt with in my 71 years on this planet…

Sean installed turn-off levers on all my inside and outside old-fashioned turn-off faucets, which eventually leak with age. This was a preventative measure. Eric did a terrific job installing the tankless hot water heater. He arrived on time, took away the old hot water heater, walked me through the functionality of the system and completed the job in the time estimated.

I can’t say enough how impressed I was. My tankless water heater stopped working right before Christmas. They got me in the next day and fully evaluated the situation (did troubleshooting on my unit), then gave me options and cost for fixing and replacing. Pricing for both options were very reasonable. Great service and UNBELIEVABLY fair!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had no hot water. Everything I read on the internet said it was probably due to my thermostat or heating elements on my electrical water heater; neither of which I felt comfortable replacing on my own. The service guy, Eddie, arrived in a timely manner, figured out the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes and charged me accordingly. The lead plumber Eddie did an amazing job answering all of my questions and getting the job done right.
